HR Business Partner (HRBP) – SCALE

About this role

SCALE mPower is hiring a full-time HR Business Partner for Ilupeju, Lagos. The role leads end-to-end recruitment and performance management across the business and provides broader HR support including employee relations and people operations. It reports directly to the Head of People Operations.

What you would do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across field and central teams.
• Build local and digital sourcing channels and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate selection decisions, offers and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Define measurable objectives and oversee performance review cycles with calibration and feedback.
• Analyse people data to identify productivity gaps and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain reliable employee records and HR systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years HR/People Operations experience with emphasis on recruitment and performance management.
• Experience with high-volume outsourcing and supporting field/multi-location workforces is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and performance management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational and data/reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, target-driven environment; integrity and discretion.
