What you would do

• Partner with Commercial leadership to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, engagement, performance, talent and organisational effectiveness
• Develop understanding of the Commercial function and its workforce needs
• Support HR activities for a distributed sales team across Nigeria
• Drive performance management, employee development, engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and training for Commercial roles and support succession planning

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR Business Partnering experience in a commercial, sales, FMCG, agribusiness or fast-paced environment
• Proven experience supporting a distributed sales workforce
• Experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations and workforce planning
• Experience managing a sales trainee programme is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS is an advantage; willingness to work across Nigeria locations
