What you would do

- Create and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance management, leave administration, and other HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving morale, retention, and productivity.
