HR Associate
About this role
An experienced HR Associate is needed to support multiple client engagements in recruitment, talent management, performance management, HR policies and advisory services for startups and SMEs in Lagos. The role involves independently managing HR activities while coordinating with clients and projects.
What you would do
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding, training, employee engagement and other talent management activities
- Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and improvement plans
- Provide day-to-day HR support to clients and respond to HR queries
- Support HR projects, maintain records and ensure proper documentation

- BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of HR practices, labour regulations and workplace policies
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requirements independently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR tools
