HR Assistant (NYSC)

About this role

Nicole Sinclair Consulting, a Lagos-based human resources firm, is looking for a proactive NYSC Corps Member to support the HR consulting team. The role involves involvement in recruitment, HR projects and training, plus digital marketing tasks. It offers practical exposure to HR consulting and professional services. The candidate will work across recruitment activities, HR project support, and social media/marketing tasks. The position is intended for someone currently serving NYSC.

What you would do

• Source and screen candidates for client vacancies
• Review CVs and prepare candidate shortlists
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist with recruitment research and reports
• Support HR consulting projects, research and documentation
• Assist with preparation of HR reports, job descriptions and presentations
• Support training coordination, materials and participant feedback
• Maintain project and training records
• Support social media content research and development and digital marketing activities with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or related field
• Good communication, research and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Interest in HR, recruitment and digital marketing
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
