HR Assistant (Entry Level)

What you would do

• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and the team
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting vacancies and organising interviews
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and help new starters settle in
• Respond to routine employee questions or escalate as needed
• Prepare HR letters, reports and other documents
• Coordinate training, meetings and staff communications
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
