HR and Admin Officer
About this role
HR and Admin Officer role based in Ikeja, Lagos, supporting the Human Resources department with records management, policy updates and assistance in the hiring process.
What you would do
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies
- Answer employees' questions about benefits such as vacation days
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates
- Gather payroll data (bank details, working days)
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations and update internal databases with new employee information
