HR / Admin Officer
About this role
An HR / Admin Officer role at HBMS in Ogun state, focusing on attendance management and general HR administration for a factory or site-based operation. What you would do
- Monitor daily attendance and shift timings
- Maintain attendance and timekeeping records
- Review attendance reports and escalate absenteeism issues
- Support onboarding, documentation and induction activities
- Assist with probation monitoring and HR documentation
- Support general administrative activities and filing

- HND or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration or related field
- 2 to 3 years HR/Admin experience in a factory or site-based setting
- Experience in attendance management, timekeeping or employee relations is an advantage
- Experience in shift-based, industrial, manufacturing, mining, logistics or site-based operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS Office applications
- Strong record-keeping, reporting skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
