House Manager / Household Operations Supervisor
About this role
A full-time live-in House Manager and Household Operations Supervisor is needed to oversee day-to-day operations of a large private residence in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role is for someone who can supervise staff, manage household logistics, and support the Principal with personal household needs.
What you would do
- Prepare meals when the Chef is unavailable and supervise kitchen operations.
- Supervise house staff including the Chef and other household workers.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate service providers.
- Monitor and manage household inventory, purchases and supplies.
- Maintain household records, keys and access control.
- Ensure guest readiness of eight sleeping quarters and coordinate guest arrivals and room preparation.

- Experience supervising staff and managing household supplies.
- Basic digital or smartphone skills.
- Trustworthy, discreet, proactive, organised and hands-on with household duties.
- 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations, housekeeping, guest services, serviced residences or private household management preferred.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
