House Manager / Household Operations Supervisor

UNOCASA Limited is seeking a mature, organised, discreet and hands-on House Manager to run the daily operations of a large private residence in Lagos. The role involves supervising staff such as house helps and the chef, ensuring guest-ready rooms, coordinating housekeeping and meals, and handling maintenance and confidentiality for the Principal.

What you would do

• Oversee daily operations of the residence.
• Supervise household staff, including the house helps and the chef.
• Manage eight sleeping quarters to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry and linen.
• Coordinate meals and supervise kitchen operations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Principal and household affairs.

What they are asking for

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in hotel operations, housekeeping, guest services, serviced residences or private household management.
• Strong housekeeping and laundry knowledge; basic cooking ability.
• Experience supervising staff and managing household supplies.
• Good spoken and written English; basic digital/smartphone skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, proactive, organised and comfortable with hands-on household duties.
