Hotel Security Personnel

Teestone Hotels & Apartments in Ikeja, Lagos, seeks a Hotel Security Personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, visitors and the property. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and reporting and enforcing security procedures. It is suitable for individuals with security experience who are willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

What you would do

• Patrol hotel premises, entrances, parking areas, guest floors and other designated areas regularly.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, security alarms and access points.
• Prevent and detect theft, vandalism, authorised access and other security threats.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitors when necessary.
• Record and report incidents, accidents, suspicious activities and security breaches.
• Assist guests and employees with security and safety-related concerns.

• SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hotel security or related position (advantage).
• Security training or relevant certification preferred.
• Physically fit and able to remain alert for extended periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
