What you would do

• Manage room occupancy, reservations, and front office operations
• Control inventory, purchasing procedures, and cost management
• Implement hotel policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure departmental coordination
• Monitor revenue, expenditure, budgeting, and profitability
• Supervise housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver high service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strong customer relations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements
