The role focuses on overseeing daily hotel operations, staff management, guest satisfaction, and departmental coordination to ensure profitability and compliance with standards. What you would do
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Supervise, motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and customer relations.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, budgeting, and overall profitability.
- Manage room occupancy, reservations, and front office operations.
- Control inventory, purchasing procedures, and cost management.
- Implement hotel policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards.
- Monitor housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other departments.
- Prepare operational reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.

- Substantial experience in hotel management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Between 45 and 50 years of age.
- Strong leadership, administrative and organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management and cost control.
