What you would do
- Drive business growth and improve operational efficiency to meet management targets.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, hospitality, and customer relations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Supervise housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and other hotel departments.
- Manage room occupancy, reservations and front office operations.
- Supervise, motivate and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
- Implement hotel policies, procedures and disciplinary standards.
- Ensure inventory control, purchasing procedures and cost management.
- Monitor revenue, expenditure and overall profitability of the hotel.
