Hotel Operations Supervisor

Teestone Hotels & Apartments in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service. The role involves coordinating front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and security teams to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. The position requires prior hotel operations or supervision experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

What you would do

• Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve complaints.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to hotel management.

• Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar role.
