What you would do
- Supervise all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Enforce hotel policies, procedures and SOPs across the property.
- Manage staff performance: train, motivate and evaluate; monitor attendance.
- Oversee guest services, address complaints, and monitor guest satisfaction.
- Oversee front office, housekeeping and F&B operations including billing and occupancy management.
- Ensure maintenance of facilities and compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

- Reside in or willing to relocate to Aba, Port Harcourt or Owerri.
- BSc or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in hotel management/operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills; knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, revenue generation and cost control.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office; professional hospitality certification is an added advantage.
