What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across departments
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and service standards
- Monitor reservations, check-in/check-out and guest service delivery
- Identify operational challenges and implement efficiency improvements
- Supervise staff and coordinate workloads
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and schedules
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolutions
- Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements in service
- Maintain proper handling of cash, inventory and hotel assets

- Bachelor’s or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years minimum in hotel operations or a supervisory role
- Certifications in hotel/hospitality management (advantageous)
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations
- Understanding of front office, housekeeping, guest relations and service standards
- Experience with hotel management and reservation systems, and Microsoft Office
- Basic budgeting, revenue monitoring, inventory and cost control knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
