What you would do

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, locks and other hotel property.
• Monitor and maintain water, power, air conditioning and generator systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, Trade Test Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems.
