Hotel General Manager

About this role

The role is for a full-time Hotel General Manager based on site at Precious Palm Royal Hotel in Benin City, Edo. The GM oversees daily hotel operations across departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, events and maintenance, aiming to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring revenue and costs, setting performance standards, and driving occupancy and profitability targets.
