What you would do

• Enforce academy and hostel rules and maintain discipline among cadets.
• Conduct drills, parades, inspections, and formations for cadets.
• Monitor cadet welfare, behaviour, attendance, appearance and conduct.
• Investigate misconduct, indiscipline, bullying, theft, vandalism, substance abuse, or rule breaches.
• Mentor cadets and advise on personal and professional development.
• Accompany and supervise cadets to and from campus and during activities.
• Reside in the hostel and supervise day-to-day hostel operations.
• Maintain occupancy, room allocations, movement logs and hostel registers.
• Oversee housekeeping, hygiene and hostel standards.
• Submit reports to the Vice Principal and Principal detailing welfare, discipline, and operations.

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in military, naval, maritime, security, paramilitary, boarding school, residential training, or similar disciplined environments (minimum 8 years).
• Experience in personnel supervision, discipline management, inspections, drills, parades, and residential accommodation management.
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing inventories.
• Demonstrated leadership, discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
