What you would do

• Promote leadership, integrity, accountability, punctuality, teamwork, professionalism, and respect among cadets.
• Monitor cadet behaviour, attendance, appearance, conduct and welfare.
• Conduct daily drills, inspections, and formations; accompany cadets to and from campus.
• Investigate misconduct and disciplinary incidents and report them.
• Mentor cadets and guide personal and professional development.
• Maintain discipline and enforce academy and hostel rules.
• Supervise cadets during movements and activities around campus.
• Oversee hostel housekeeping, hygiene, occupancy records, room allocations and logs.
• Record and report welfare, absenteeism, security incidents and maintenance needs.
• Submit regular reports to Vice Principal and Principal; maintain accurate records.

• First Aid and safeguarding training
• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent
• Qualification or training in military, naval, maritime, security, leadership, education, health & safety or related fields
• Minimum 8 years' experience in military, naval, maritime, security, paramilitary, boarding school, residential training or similar disciplined environments
• Experience in personnel supervision, drills, inspections and residential accommodation management
• Former Nigerian Navy senior ranks or equivalent (advantage) and experience in cadet/military education institutions
