What you would do

• Plan and manage daily and weekly work rosters for all unit staff.
• Supervise janitors, cleaners and maintenance personnel to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• oversee daily hospitality workflows and address guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Ensure a welcoming environment across the facility.
• Monitor consumption of cleaning supplies and amenities and coordinate reordering.
• Conduct routine site inspections to enforce health, safety and brand standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff and janitorial personnel.
• Evaluate staff performance and maintain team morale and discipline.

• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel or facility management.
• Female preferred.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Strong skills in shift planning and manpower allocation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead janitorial and maintenance teams.
• Organisational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail in fast-paced environments.
