What you would do

• Map end-to-end patient journeys across departments.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, rework and avoidable steps.
• Define and maintain operational performance measures.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from hospital systems.
• Design and run improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma or related methods.
• Conduct time-and-motion, queue and capacity studies.
• Produce and present dashboards and reports to heads of departments and executives.
• Draft and revise standard operating procedures and workflow docs.
• Facilitate workshops to design and embed process changes.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and escalate when gains are not sustained.

• First degree in a quantitative or related discipline (e.g., industrial or systems engineering, statistics, data science, health information management, health sciences, economics).
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in process analysis, operations improvement, performance management or healthcare analytics.
• Experience mapping processes and redesigning workflows.
• Experience with operational data sets and producing analytical management reports.
• Evidence of at least one documented improvement project with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting with knowledge of patient flow, clinic scheduling or bed management.
