Hospital Administrator (Aliko Dangote Foundation Surgical and Diagnostic Centre)
About this role
A Hospital Administrator is needed to oversee the administrative and operational management of the Aliko Dangote Foundation Surgical & Diagnostic Centre in Lagos, ensuring efficient service delivery, governance, and accountability for assets and operations. The role involves coordinating clinical support services, budget management, and liaison with MMSH management, ADF, government stakeholders and service providers.
What you would do
- Drive service excellence and patient satisfaction improvements.
- Provide operational and performance reports to MMSH management and ADF leadership.
- Ensure use of hospital information systems and digital platforms.
- Coordinate workforce planning, staff performance, training and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain governance, compliance, risk management and resource accountability.
- Monitor quality, safety, infection prevention and patient experience standards across the facility.

- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior administrative or operational role within a large healthcare institution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience managing hospital operations, diagnostic services, healthcare facilities, medical equipment, budgeting, and healthcare systems.
- Strong communication, integrity, leadership, resilience, collaboration and problem solving skills.
