ANRML Kaduna seeks a Heavy Earth Moving Machinery Manager to oversee maintenance for its mining fleet. What you would do
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to maximise equipment uptime.
- Manage troubleshooting and rapid response for emergency mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures.
- Lead and mentor mechanics, technicians, and equipment operators to ensure accountability and safety compliance.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, forecast spare parts requirements, and manage inventory for critical components.
- Enforce HSE protocols and ensure compliance with mining industry standards.
