What you would do

• Promote the clinic's eye care and dental services to prospective patients through various marketing channels.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.
• Educate prospective patients on services, treatment options, and appointment booking.
• Develop promotional campaigns to encourage routine eye examinations and dental check-ups.
• Build relationships with individuals, families, community groups, and local businesses to drive referrals.
• Follow up with enquiries that have not yet booked to address concerns and improve conversion.
• Identify opportunities to attract private healthcare patients and communicate the clinic's value and quality.
• Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding from enquiry to visit.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media and online enquiries.
• Track and report on marketing leads, bookings, attendance, conversion, and revenue.
