What you would do

• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections to identify hazards and observe workers for procedure compliance
• Perform safety audits in line with company policy and regulatory requirements
• Prepare RAMS and PTW documents for client sites
• Produce reports on incidents and provide safety statistics to management
• Ensure tools and equipment are safe for use and certify working platforms such as scaffolds and ladders
• Identify training needs and coordinate safety training with management
• Oversee traffic management within and around sites, including road works
• Manage waste segregation, storage and disposal
• Monitor installations and maintenance of substances and ensure safety practices
• Inspect premises and personnel to identify non-conformities and ensure use of protective equipment
