About this role

What you would do
- Strengthen customer engagement, loyalty and cross-selling across retail products.
- Develop and execute retail banking strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank’s retail market presence.
- Monitor business performance and manage retail banking risks and regulatory compliance.
- Drive deposit mobilisation, loan disbursements, payments and transaction growth.
- Lead the development and adoption of innovative retail banking products and digital solutions.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve business targets.

- Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit analysis and retail risk management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation and digital banking growth.
- Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions.
- Excellent leadership, sales, strategic planning and relationship management skills.
- 10–12 years of retail banking experience, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
