Head, Performance Analytics & MIS

About this role

A senior role responsible for setting standards for management information and performance analytics, ensuring accuracy and governance of MIS data, and delivering executive dashboards and reports. Targeted at candidates with extensive MIS and analytics experience, preferably within banking or financial services.

What you would do

• Set governance standards for MIS definitions, data sources and reporting methods
• Maintain reporting dictionaries, calculation logic, data definitions and version controls
• Improve source-data availability and quality with Technology and Data teams
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of performance information
• Develop and oversee executive dashboards and management reports
• Automate recurring MIS and scorecard production and support performance reviews

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance or related field
• 15+ years in MIS, performance analytics, BI, data analytics or management reporting
• At least 5 years in a senior management role
• Banking/financial services experience preferred
• Demonstrable experience in MIS reporting for a large/complex organisation
• Postgraduate or professional qualifications in accounting/finance (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) or equivalent advantageous
