About this role

The Head of Strategy & Operations for Intersect Consortium is based in Utako, Abuja. The role combines guiding the organisation’s strategic direction and governance of its OKR framework with remote operational support for the UK clinic.

What you would do

• Support the development and execution of Intersect Consortium's overall strategy.
• Own the coordination and governance of the organisation's OKR framework.
• Work with Directors and Heads of Departments to develop meaningful Key Results.
• Monitor performance against strategic objectives and identify execution gaps.
• Provide remote operational support to the UK clinic, including establishing systems and documenting processes.
• Develop and maintain administrative and workflow systems, track actions and deadlines, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Economics, Operations, Communications, Public Administration or related field.
• Master's degree.
• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, business transformation or executive support.
• Proven experience working with senior management and developing and monitoring strategic plans, OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality documentation.
• Working knowledge of UK GDPR and healthcare data protection; desirable experience in healthcare organisations and implementing OKRs.
