What you would do

• Provide leadership to deliver the school's strategic development plan and objectives.
• Translate management directives into actionable duties for departments.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, records and interventions for student performance.
• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, conduct performance evaluations and organise professional development.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment and implement safeguarding policies.
• Maintain communication with parents and manage parental complaints and feedback.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to meet enrolment targets and monitor trends.
• Prepare and manage annual academic and operational budgets and ensure resource efficiency.
• Oversee daily school operations, facilities, safety drills and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and track performance against KPIs.
