Head of Sales – Property Development (Lekki)
About this role
Role is for a Head of Sales to lead the sales function of a property development business in Lagos, driving sales strategy and revenue targets while leading a sales team. It targets candidates with extensive property or real estate sales leadership experience and a strong network in Lagos market.
What you would do
- Develop and execute property sales strategies
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team
- Develop lead-generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Build relationships with agents, brokers, investors, corporate clients and strategic partners
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, at least 4 years in property/real estate sales
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Head of Sales or similar leadership role
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience selling residential, commercial, luxury, land or off-plan properties
- Strong leadership, negotiation, closing, business development and relationship-management skills
