What you would do
- Lead and implement strategies to hit monthly sales targets.
- Personally sell a minimum of 20 kaftans per month.
- Supervise and motivate Sales Associates and Sales Agents.
- Set expectations, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Identify prospective customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Oversee follow-ups, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate activities of the sales team and communicate targets.
- Monitor sales performance and review reports.
- Coach on product knowledge, objections, and closing strategies to the team are kept informed.
