Head of Sales role for a Food and Beverage distribution company in Lagos. The position leads the sales function across channels and territories, reporting to the CEO/MD and Commercial Director, with responsibility for strategy, team, and commercial performance.

What you would do

• Drive route-to-market and distribution expansion across priority channels.
• Establish sales forecasting, planning and performance management systems.
• Provide market intelligence and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance on revenue, margins, cash flow and profitability.
• Develop growth plans across territories, channels, products, customers and distributors.
• Build and strengthen distributor, key account and customer relationships.

• Proven experience managing multi-territory sales operations.
• Strong commercial intelligence, analytical ability and leadership capability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Track record of growing revenue, market share and distribution.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, wine, spirits, food distribution or related sector.
• 8–12+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience.
