Head of Sales
About this role
Head of Sales position based in Lagos for a fashion, luxury retail and/or banking client. The role leads the sales function, focuses on high-value and affluent client segments, and drives revenue growth with a strong emphasis on strategy, leadership and relationship management.
What you would do
- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, margins and overall commercial performance.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage key accounts and strategic corporate relationships.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy and commercial growth plan.
- Drive clienteling and relationship-management initiatives across the business.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Fashion Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales, business development or commercial experience.
- Strong leadership experience in Fashion, Luxury Retail, Banking, Financial Services or related industries.
- Experience managing high‑net-worth individuals, affluent customers, corporate clients and strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market opportunities into revenue.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
