The role involves providing strategic and technical leadership across construction projects from concept to execution, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines. What you would do
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution and delivery
- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Drive design reviews, quality assurance, and compliance with building and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors and stakeholder relationships
- Identify risks, improve construction processes and explore new project opportunities
What they are asking for
- Degree in Architecture or a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' post-NYSC experience in construction or project leadership
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a relevant master's degree is an added advantage
