What you would do

• Manage end-to-end performance of the sales team to meet acquisition and transaction targets through the field channel.
• Oversee agent productivity metrics such as acquisitions per active agent per month and time to first sale for new agents.
• Maintain network health including active agent count, attrition, reactivation and coverage in priority cities.
• Design and maintain territory structure, prioritising priority cities.
• Set recruitment targets for each city or cluster and ensure delivery.
• Control cost per acquisition through sales channel including commissions and field support.
• Design commission and incentive structures that reward activated and transacting customers, not just registrations.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead field sales performance routines: daily check-ins, weekly regional reviews, monthly business reviews.
• Deliver monthly and annual first transaction targets from the sales channel and implement growth plans.
