Head of Operations
About this role
Head of Operations to lead RS Hunter Limited's day-to-day operational activities, including logistics, inventory, and compliance, with oversight of the inventory function and coordination across warehouses, boutiques and other units. Suitable for an experienced operations leader with multi-location retail or similar experience.
What you would do
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee logistics, warehouse and inventory operations
- Directly manage the inventory function
- Monitor performance across boutiques and other units
- Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance, control standards and stock movement, and drive improvements; manage budgets and report to senior management
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
- 7 to 12 years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or retail
- Significant managerial or leadership experience
- Experience overseeing multi-location retail operations is highly desirable
