A full-time Head of Marketing role for an FMCG business, focused on oral care, skincare and hair care, based in Lagos. The position targets experienced marketers with strong leadership and product development expertise.

What you would do

• Lead brand strategies for oral care, skincare and hair care categories.
• Oversee end-to-end product development and launches.
• Develop product concepts, positioning, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Drive launches, relaunches and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage and develop the marketing team to meet objectives.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, retail and trade channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
