Head of Marketing
About this role
The role leads Elvaridah’s marketing, investor relations and capital mobilization efforts in Lagos, targeting high‑net‑worth individuals to invest in the company’s wealth management products. It requires a senior financial marketer responsible for meeting a monthly fundraising target and creating investment collateral from scratch.
What you would do
- Meet a monthly capital mobilization target of 500 million Naira
- Identify and build relationships with HNWIs, family offices, corporate treasurers and affluent professionals in Lagos
- Pitch and secure investments for Private Placement Notes and Bilateral Asset Co-Ownership Scheme
- Plan and host exclusive wealth management events and roundtables
- Design and produce investment collateral such as pitch decks, fact sheets and brochures
- Lead end-to-end investor lifecycle management and provide performance reporting
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
- MBA, CFA or professional financial marketing certification is a plus
- 7–10 years of senior marketing or business development experience in Nigerian financial services
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi-million Naira monthly fundraising targets
- Active network of HNWIs and corporate executives in Lagos
- Proficiency in creating investor materials and term sheets; strong negotiation and relationship skills
