About this role
The Head of Jewellery leads the company’s jewellery strategy, focusing on merchandising, sales performance and relationships with high-net-worth individuals to boost revenue and profitability. It targets someone with extensive jewellery or luxury retail experience and a network in high-value client segments, based in Lagos.
What you would do
- Develop and implement the jewellery category strategy.
- Drive revenue and profitability for the jewellery division.
- Lead merchandising and assortment planning for jewellery.
- Monitor product performance, inventory and sell-through.
- Develop and implement HNWI/VIC client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- 7 to 12 years' experience in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of high-end jewellery and affluent customer segments.
- Proven commercial and sales leadership experience.
- Strong HNWI/VIC relationship network is advantageous.
