A full-time Head of Human Resources position for a retail company in Lagos, responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, and aligning people initiatives with business goals. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and expertise in HR practices.

What you would do

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and policy enforcement.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and best practices; experience in recruitment, performance management and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
