The role is forHead of Human Resources at Pro Connect Global Agency, based in Abuja. It targets experienced HR professionals to lead the entire HR function and align people initiatives with business goals. What you would do
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to the executive management team
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning
- Drive culture, employee engagement and change management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop workforce plans to address current and future staffing needs
- Establish talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding
- Lead performance management systems and employee development plans
- Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination, leave and benefits administration
- Monitor HR metrics and use data analytics to improve operations and support decision-making
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, business administration, industrial relations or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
- Experience in HR strategy development, workforce planning, performance and organisational development
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office and HR analytics
- Strategic thinking, strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- High integrity, discretion and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in driving change and stakeholder management
