Head of Human Resources at First Ally in Lagos. The role leads HR and administration to support business goals, overseeing talent acquisition, performance, payroll, policy compliance, and workplace operations.

What you would do

• Lead development and implementation of HR and people strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and succession planning
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes
• Drive employee engagement, culture, welfare, and recognition initiatives
• Ensure payroll processing accuracy and administration of employee benefits
• Develop and enforce HR policies, regulatory compliance, employee relations and workplace administration

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI)
• MCP certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of performance management, labour law, payroll and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
