About this role
Asenka Global Limited is seeking a Head of Hospitality in Abuja to lead its hospitality arm, overseeing revenue, marketing and corporate sales for its two properties and related products. The role involves direct accountability to the CEO for performance, income generated, and reporting of results. The team comprises two Property Managers, a Finance & HR Lead and a Digital Marketing Manager who handle operations, payroll, reporting and online work. The company operates Macdestly aparthotel in Gwarinpa and Asenka Apartments, including the Amaralux estate house, with a total of 19 lettable products across multiple addresses in two cities. This is the first senior appointment as part of a lean, numbers-driven leadership team.
What you would do
- Lead the hospitality arm and manage revenue, marketing and corporate sales.
- Be accountable to the CEO for product performance and income.
- Ensure clear reporting of results and performance metrics.
