What you would do

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, reconciliations and financial controls
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within the finance function
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
• Lead, manage, mentor and develop the finance team
• Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance or related field
• Understanding of local GAAP requirements
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools
• Experience in the trading industry is preferred
