About this role
The Head of Finance - Group is responsible for overall financial management, treasury operations, funding strategy, financial planning and capital management for the Group and its subsidiaries in hospitality and real estate. The role oversees liquidity, banking relationships, funding, and financial planning to support the Group’s growth and strategic objectives, working with management, project teams and external advisers.
What you would do
- Lead the Group's treasury and cash management activities
- Develop and implement the Group's financial strategy and plans
- Identify funding opportunities and manage relationships with banks and investors
- Oversee debt and financing management, including repayment schedules and refinancing
- Coordinate financial planning and forecasting across subsidiaries and projects
- Monitor liquidity, profitability and financial risk to support strategic decisions
