Head of Finance
About this role
Sifax Group seeks an experienced Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations and activities for the company. The role involves shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting growth across the organisation. What you would do
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Provide guidance on risk management and investment opportunities
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies

- Drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainability
- Oversee financial reporting and risk management processes
- Lead and develop the finance team

What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification required
- Minimum 8 years' experience in senior financial management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, IFRS, FRCN
- Experience in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modelling and scenario planning
- Proficiency in digital finance tools and data analytics for decision-making
- Candidates residing around Ikorodu, Ketu or Mile 12 preferred
