Head of Engineering, Supply Chain (Remote)

What you would do

• Drive platforming of inventory and supply chain systems to ensure consistent operational data across terminals.
• Hire, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers for team growth.
• Lead an engineering organisation of about 25 engineers including managers, QA, SRE and data engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into engineering solutions.
• Bridge operational practice and software systems with operationally disciplined solutions.
• Define architecture standards, processes and quality metrics for reliability and data integrity.
• Own the technical strategy and architecture for inventory, logistics tools and repair management software.

• Proven system design ability at large scale, managing hundreds of thousands of devices or more.
• Deep hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory, warehouse or logistics software at scale.
