Head of Engineering Sales (Building Services)

PPC Limited is looking for a Head of Engineering Sales for Building Services in Lagos. The role focuses on leading sales, business development and customer delivery for building services within PPC’s engineering and infrastructure portfolio. What you would do

• Manage and deliver year-on-year financial targets for the division, including revenue and profit.
• Drive sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Own and oversee the budgeting process for the vertical.
• Identify talent gaps, recruit or fill roles, and coordinate training for staff.
• Provide regular field coaching for sales, technical teams and re-sellers or agents.
• Provide direction and motivation to the team and improve PPC ways of working with measurable results.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and prompt service delivery.
• Build service and project management capabilities across solutions and ensure effective project delivery and order fulfilment.
• Regularly survey customer satisfaction and report findings.
• Develop and implement mid- to long-term strategic plans and drive engagement in assigned territories.

• Engineering/Project Management qualification; MBA is an added advantage.
